Lowering a car makes it look good, but it doesn't come without impact on other things. On a beetle it's your steering geometry that pays the price. A good fix for that is dropped spindles but that doesn't get you all the way back to stock if you are going lower than two and a half inches. That's where these bushes come in, they allow you to flip your tie rods from the top of your spindle to underneath it. This brings your tie rods back to a closer geometry to stock and also reduces bump steer.
To fit these bushes the tie rod hole on your spindle will need to be drilled out to 17mm
