Shipping policy

Lead Times. 

We endeavour to ship as quickly and efficiently as possible. Some of the products sold on this website have lead times and third party lead times which are out of our control. We will try our best to keep anyone affected by this up to date. 



Next Day Shipping

We offer next day shipping on nearly all of our products. Next Day shipping means that orders will be sent by a next day courier service from when the product is ready to ship and is usually delivered the next working day after being picked up by our couriers. There are instances out of our control and problems with couriers that may delay this. Next day delivery is also next day AFTER fulfilment, lead times and fulfilment times will still be as normal. Orders before 2pm do generally get dispatched the same day and will be with you the following day with a next day service, but if you are urgently needing an order and have placed it after this time please get in touch as soon as possible on hayburnersales@hayburner.co.uk and we will try our very best to fulfil your needs.



Taxes and import fees. 

If ordering from outside of the UK you may be subject to import fees and additional taxes from your home country. These are set by the government of your home country and is something we have no say or control over at all. Some countries, like the United States for example, have a personal allowance where goods under a certain amount are tax free. Some countries may also charge you differing rates if you are a business and a private individual. Please see the legislations in your home country for tax rates on goods from the UK. All orders placed on our website from outside of the UK will not be charged the UK VAT tax, this should clearly be seen on our website and in your shopping cart.



Shipping Rates. 

Our shipping rates are all calculated automatically on a country and weight basis and are subject to change. Whilst unlikely, when it comes to sending your package the price can change from the automatically generated one. This usually happens if you are particularly remote, or on an Island rather than the mainland, or in a location that doesn't get a lot of courier traffic. In instances such as these we will work to find you the most cost effective solution that we can and will invoice for any extra costs involved.
